Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee (yearly plans only)
Prop Journal is operated by Sapo Invest. Our 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to yearly subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your yearly plan, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original order date — no complicated reasons required.
Refunds on yearly plans are issued on a prorated basis: we deduct the equivalent of one month of usage (1/12 of the yearly price) from the amount paid, and refund the remainder. For example, on a $120/year plan, the refund would be $120 − $10 = $110.
Monthly plans are not covered by the 30-day guarantee, since you can cancel at any time and the short billing cycle already limits your commitment. You can still contact us or Paddle for any billing issue — see Paddle's refund policy for cases handled outside this guarantee (e.g. duplicate charges, technical issues).
How to request a refund
All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Open your order and follow the steps to request a refund.
- Or contact our team via the contact page and we will help you process it through Paddle.
Processing time
Once approved, refunds are issued back to your original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions & cancellations
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or through paddle.net. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and then will not renew. For purchases outside the 30-day window, a refund is not guaranteed but you can still contact us — we will review reasonable requests in good faith and in line with Paddle's refund policy.
